CLUB MARINE EMERGENCY ASSIST AND LOYALTY PROGRAM

At Club Marine insurance we are proud to offer our All Watercraft policy holders a unique Club Care program.

These value added services really allow you to relax whilst enjoying your leisure time. These services include the lifesaving benefits of roadside assistance and emergency medical care 24/7/365 days a year, through a national call centre linked to Netcare 911/NSRI and SAP Water Wing.

These benefits apply to the policy holder, spouse, and all dependent children and beneficiaries, covering land and water protection for the entire family in any eventuality.

With individual login access via our website, members also have access to all our unique member-only specials and promotions that change on a monthly basis. These specials give you fantastic savings and discounts on travel, leisure and lifestyle offers. Some of the specials we have available to you include discounted travel and accommodation packages throughout South Africa, as well as more adventurous packages for the thrill seekers.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE - Boat, trailer and vehicle

Nobody wants their vehicle to breakdown. Whether you are on your way back from a holiday or bundu bashing in your off road vehicle, Club Care offers you roadside assistance, giving you that extra peace-of-mind in unwanted situations.

Our roadside assistance specialist coordinates the correct size flat beds to carry your boat and trailer to a place of safety and even assists you if the vehicle is not insured through Club Marine. We also cover you in the eventuality of a flat tyre or battery, locking your keys in your vehicle or running out of fuel.

Should you be outside a radius of 100km from home we offer you either complimentary transport, hotel accommodation or car rental. We also assist with your vehicle recovery, repatriation, as well as vehicle storage and towing for mechanical or electrical breakdown.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

Club Marine Insurance recognises the importance of emergency medical assistance in dire situations. That is why we offer this to all Club Care members. This service includes emergency medical response should anyone in your party need critical care as well as medical advice, referrals to crisis lines and medical practitioners.

Also included is medical transportation, inter-hospital transfers, medical repatriation and repatriation of mortal remains.
